OPERATION AMERICAN SPRING (May 16, 2014)

Prepare To Take America BackIt looks as though, the “Silent Majority” is not going to remain silent any longer. The American people who love our Republic and our way of life, will not stand idly by, watching our country go down into the abyss of a fascist, communist, despotic dictatorship, run by criminals. The American People are quite aware, the events of September 11, 2001 were used as a tool, designed to destroy the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

We Make The Following Observations For The Cause:
We The PeopleObserve:
Those In The Congress and Senate, Who Continually Cast Votes Repugnant To Our Constitution and Bill of Rights
Congress and the Senate Not Reading Bills, (which are mostly written by attorneys, representing, — the corporations they represent)
The Fact That 90% of Those In Both Houses Are Millionaires, (who have received money/bribes/payoffs from various corporations and lobbyists, … as well as Israel)
The ‘Rigged’ Electronic Voting System
The ‘Rigged’ Two-party System
The Secret “Trans-Pacific Partnership” (TPP).
The ‘Patriot Act’
The NDAA
The ‘Secret’ FISA Court
The Endless and CONSTANT Assault Upon The Second Amendment
“Homeland Security” Which Was Setup To Wage War Against Americans, — We Are Considered A “Terrorist Threat” If We Are; A Veteran, A Constitutionalist, Pro-Life, Gun Owner, Protester And Even One Who Believes In The Second Coming of Christ.
The Farce Known As TSA
Unconstitutional,  Intrusive Roadside ‘Checkpoints’ (which are now being used to gather DNA, via cheek-swabs and blood-draws).
The False Flag Operations
The Endless Wars
The NOT ‘Federal’ Reserve, (which does NOT need to be ‘audited’ … It must be abolished, and those responsible for it, — in it’s current state, — arrested and prosecuted To The Fullest Extent of The Law.) As You Know; The Privately-owned Federal Reserve prints the legal tender for the United States. The currency is not backed by gold, silver or any other precious metal. It is fractionally created from the debt of the United States government to the privately owned and controlled Federal Reserve Bank. The debt mounts, as the fiat notes are printed, because as each is worth less, the value is diminished as well. [W/P] … But I Digress.
The Banks Who Launder Mexican Drug Money
Operation “Fast & Furious” (a false-flag, used to assault our second amendment)

Our Troops In Afghanistan Under CIA Control, Assisting The Guarding, Growth and Shipping of Heroin From Opium Crops There, (Which Was Nearly Eradicated Before The U.S. Invasion).
The Biochemical ‘Geoengineering’ (Spraying) of Our Skies

The Misinformation, (LIES) and Blatant Propaganda By Corporate, Government Controlled Mainstream Media Outlets
Government and Media Silence Concerning The Critical Dangers Fukushima Daiichi Radiation Continues To Pose To American Citizen’s Health
I Suppose, I Could Go On, and On and On…

The American People Will Not Tolerate This Government, (Nor Any Other) Using Orwell’s “Nineteen Eighty Four,” OR, Huxley’s “Brave New World” As The Blueprint, For America’s Decent To Their Globalist-Planned New World Order.

For The Record:
I Am 58 Years-old, — Employed As A Heavy Equipment Operator, (a blue-collar worker, — If you will)
I Am A Political Atheist. I’m Neither A “Democrat” Nor A “Republican.” I AM Independent. I AM An American Democratic-Republic Restorationist, … A ‘Constitutionalist,’ Who Stands By Our Nation’s ‘Bill of Rights’ and, Who WILL Defend The ‘American Way’ At ALL Costs.

“Until ‘We The People’ come to terms with the fact this, (so-called) ‘government’ is run by globalist criminals, who overthrew the United States in 1913 and, that ‘We The People’ have no moral obligation to obey these criminals, who create laws to protect themselves and oppress others, NOTHING is going to improve. If you no longer possess the power to say NO, to an over-reaching, illegitimate government, it is then, you’re nothing more than a slave to it. … It’s as simple as that.”

TO:  Patriots (black, white, male, female, civilian, military, truckers, bikers, militias, veterans, old, young, every American that loves freedom and liberty)

The law of Nature Rules:
A fluffy, cuddly lamb gets eaten by a mean old wolf is not an illegal or immoral event…the law of nature. When some greedy, self-serving occupant of the White House or Congress, or elements outside America, is threatening our existence, our freedom, our liberty, our Constitution, our life resources, our America, then we fight back to destroy the threat and there is nothing immoral or illegal about it. When the government becomes lawless, then “we the people” no longer are obligated to follow the government……there is no law when government picks and chooses for political purposes or personal agenda. At this time the government is performing as a lawless entity……

A duck cannot be turned into a fox; an elephant cannot be turned into a flea; the laws of nature will not permit.
Likewise, a nation ordained and principled by the laws of nature, sovereign, free, with liberty for all cannot naturally become a nation guided by royalty, decrees, tyranny, elitist, self-serving criminals. The former has proven desirable, the latter has proven human pain.
“We can become a nation guided by royalty IF “We The People” beguiled by the government in surrender to our lusts for that which we have not earned –for what is not natural –if we have become intoxicated by unbroken success” as Lincoln proclaimed in March 30 ,1863 call for “fasting, humiliation, and prayer–we can very easily heap to ourselves leaders, and with itching ears, be turned from the Truth to become enslaved by the LIE.”

The United States of America (the elephant in the room) while embracing the “LIE” is teetering on the abyss of becoming a sniveling, blood sucking, undesirable nation (flea).

The goal is restoring the U.S. Constitution, as the “law of the land,” removing the lawless leadership. Will this be a cake-walk? No, because this criminal, illegitimate government, will probably NOT be non-violent; some of us will end up in a jail-cell, and some of us may be injured. If that’s what it will take to save our nation, do we have any choice? Freedom loving Americans will say; there’s no choice, we must begin the second American Revolution. Not with guns, but with millions of Americans demanding a return to constitutional government and the resignation of Obama, Biden, Reid, McConnell, Boehner, Pelosi, and Holder, et´ al, as a start, … then, the constitutional restoration process can begin.

Are “They” Plotting Another 9/11-style Cataclysm?!
Think Tank: “Extraordinary Crisis” Needed to Preserve “New World Order”
http://infowars.com/think-tank-extraordinary-crisis-needed-to-preserve-new-world-order/
Author of ‘shock and awe’ doctrine says elite threatened by non-state actors like Edward Snowden…

Harlan K. Ullman was the principal author of the “shock and awe” doctrine, and is now Chairman of the ‘Killowen Group’ which advises government leaders.

In an article entitled; “War On Terror Is Not The Only Threat,” (http://www.atlanticcouncil.org/blogs/new-atlanticist/war-on-terror-is-not-the-only-threat) Ullman asserts; “tectonic changes are reshaping the international geostrategic system,” arguing that it’s not military superpowers like China but “non-state actors” like Edward Snowden, Bradley Manning and anonymous hackers, who pose the biggest threat to the “365 year-old Westphalian system,” because, they’re encouraging individuals to become self-empowered, — viscerating state control.

“Very few have taken note and fewer have acted on this realization,” notes Ullman, lamenting that “information revolution and instantaneous global communications” are thwarting the “new world order” announced by U.S. President George H.W. Bush more than two decades ago:

“Without an extraordinary crisis, little is likely to be done to reverse or limit the damage imposed by failed or failing governance,” writes Ullman, implying that only another 9/11-style cataclysm, will enable the state to re-assert its dominance, while “containing, reducing and eliminating the dangers posed by newly empowered, non-state actors.”

It Appears As Though “They” Are Planning To Do, Whatever Is Necessary, To Keep “We The People” Under Their Total Control.

GLOBAL OPERATIONS, FOR THE ARREST AND CONVICTION  OF THE CRIMINAL CABAL, — WITHIN CURRENT WORLD GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS:

“OPERATION Roundup” Alpha: (#GlobalArrest) of the ‘New World Order’ World Government System:

CRIMINAL List, R-oA2014

The following 737 individuals all actively and knowingly conspire in well-planned efforts and constructions to consolidate power and resources – with the intention to establish a world government which would provide them with full immunity from any form of prosecution regarding their past and future crimes – and are therefore, according to Round-op Alpha, collectively guilty of crimes against the sovereignty of their respective nations and against humanity as a whole, i.e.:

  • High-level brigandage: Looting of public wealth; oppressing of populations; attacking the rights to good health, education, personal/national sovereignty and real security; the murdering in name of corporate profits; democide; psychological warfare; (eco-) terrorism – which deliberately jeopardizes any attempts for world peace and causes regional, cultural tensions, armed conflicts, forced poverty and the decay of the public’s health, the public order and society as a whole.

Prepare To Take America BackSaveAmericaFoundation.Com

THE TEN PLANKS,
OF THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO

Our “elected(?) representatives” continually pass laws, (and edicts/’executive orders’) implementing these anti-American anti-freedom concepts. The criminal globalists have, (in fact) achieved a de´facto FEDERAL SOCIALIST GOVERNMENT in America.
In Case You Haven’t Noticed, … Things Are NOT Looking Good.

Karl-Marx_120x160In 1848, Karl Marx and, Frederick Engels wrote a book outlining a political ideology, titled; “The Communist Manifesto.” Marxism’s basic theme was, the proletariat (the ‘exploited’ working class of a capitalistic society) will suffer from alienation and will rise up against the “bourgeoisie” (the upper-middle class/old money) and overthrow the system of “capitalism.” After a brief period of rule by “the dictatorship of the proletariat,” — the classless society of communism would emerge. In his Manifesto, Marx described the following ten steps, as necessary to be taken, to destroy a free enterprise society. (NOTE: Notice how many of these conditions, — foreign to the principles that America was founded upon, — have been realized by the concerted efforts of globalist, fascist socialist members of our own government?) Remember: government interference in your daily life and business, is intrusion and deprivation of your freedom and liberties.

The First Plank:
Abolition of property in land and the application of all rents of land to public purposes: Zoning – Model ordinances proposed by Secretary of Commerce Herbert Hoover widely adopted. Supreme Court ruled “zoning” to be “constitutional” in 1921. Private owners of property required to get permission from government relative to the use of their property. Federally owned lands are leased for grazing, mining, timber usages, the fees being paid into the U.S. Treasury.

The Second Plank:
A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. (Corporate Tax Act of 1909. The 16th Amendment, allegedly ratified in 1913. The Revenue Act of 1913, section 2, Income Tax.) These laws have been purposely misapplied against American citizens to this day.

The Third Plank:
Abolition of all rights of inheritance. (Partially accomplished by enactment of various state and federal “estate tax” laws taxing the “privilege” of transferring property after death and gift before death.)

The Fourth Plank:
CONFISCATION OF THE PROPERTY OF ALL EMIGRANTS AND REBELS. (The confiscation of property and persecution of those critical – “rebels” – of government policies and actions, frequently accomplished by prosecuting them in a courtroom drama on charges of violations of non-existing administrative or regulatory laws.)

The Fifth Plank:
Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. (The Federal Reserve Bank, 1913 — the system of privately-owned Federal Reserve banks which maintain a monopoly on the valueless debt “money” in circulation.)

The Sixth Plank:
Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State. (Federal Radio Commission, 1927; Federal Communications Commission, 1934; Air Commerce Act of 1926; Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938; Federal Aviation Agency, 1958; becoming part of the Department of Transportation in 1966; Federal Highway Act of 1916 (federal funds made available to States for highway construction); Interstate Highway System, 1944 (funding began 1956); Interstate Commerce Commission given authority by Congress to regulate trucking and carriers on inland waterways, 1935-40; Department of Transportation, 1966.)

The Seventh Plank:
Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. (Department of Agriculture, 1862; Agriculture Adjustment Act of 1933 — farmers will receive government aid if and only if they relinquish control of farming activities; Tennessee Valley Authority, 1933 with the Hoover Dam completed in 1936.)

The Eighth Plank:
Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies especially for agriculture. (First labor unions, known as federations, appeared in 1820. National Labor Union established 1866. American Federation of Labor established 1886. Interstate Commerce Act of 1887 placed railways under federal regulation. Department of Labor, 1913. Labor-management negotiations sanctioned under Railway Labor Act of 1926. Civil Works Administration, 1933. National Labor Relations Act of 1935, stated purpose to free inter-state commerce from disruptive strikes by eliminating the cause of the strike. Works Progress Administration 1935. Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, mandated 40-hour work week and time-and-a-half for overtime, set “minimum wage” scale. Civil Rights Act of 1964, effectively the equal liability of all to labor.)

The Ninth Plank:
Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country. (Food processing companies, with the co-operation of the Farmers Home Administration foreclosures, are buying up farms and creating “conglomerates.”)

The Tenth Plank:
Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production. (Gradual shift from private education to publicly funded began in the Northern States, early 1800’s. 1887: federal money (unconstitutionally) began funding specialized education. Smith-Lever Act of 1914, vocational education; Smith-Hughes Act of 1917 and other relief acts of the 1930’s. Federal school lunch program of 1935; National School Lunch Act of 1946. National Defense Education Act of 1958, a reaction to Russia’s Sputnik satellite demonstration, provided grants to education’s specialties. Federal school aid law passed, 1965, greatly enlarged federal role in education, “head-start” programs, textbooks, library books and now, “Common Core.”

Saul Alinsky, 1971 (“Rules for Radicals”)

THE EIGHT LEVELS OF CONTROL:
There are eight levels of control, which must be obtained before you are able to create a social state.
(The first, being the most important.)

1.)
Healthcare:

Control healthcare and you control the people.

2.) Poverty:
Increase the poverty level as high as possible. Poor people are easier  to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

3.) Debt:
Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes and this will produce more poverty.

4.) Gun Control:
Remove the ability to defend themselves from the government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5.) Welfare:
Take control of every aspect of their life. (ie; food, housing, and income)

6.) Education:
Take control of what the people read and listen to. Take control of what the children learn in school.

7.) Religion:
Remove any display of belief in God from government and public buildings.

8.) Class Warfare:
Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent. It will make it easier to tax the wealthier to support the poorer.

Mississippi Passes New Gun Laws –
Prevents Government Confiscation of Firearms:
http://thegatewaypundit.com/2014/02/mississippi-passes-new-gun-laws-prevents-government-confiscation-of-firearms/
The MS House recently passed a trio of gun-rights bills — one to prevent local governments from buying guns to destroy them, another to make clear local governments can’t seize guns during states of emergency or martial law and one clarifying state gun laws preempt local ordinances.

House Bill 485, passed unanimously, which says cities and counties having gun buybacks must offer the guns for sale to licensed gun dealers and can junk them only after proving they are of no value.

House Bill 314, passed 85-33, which clarifies city and county governments “may not interfere with the right of citizens to possess firearms” and state gun laws trump local ones.

House Bill 705, passed 112-2, would prohibit confiscation of personal firearms by local governments after emergencies or if martial — military — law has been declared. House Judiciary Chairman Mark Baker, R-Brandon, said there were reports of such in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.”

“The constitutions of most of our States assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves in all cases to which they think themselves competent, or they may act by representatives, freely and equally chosen; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of the press.”

“How prone all human institutions have been to decay; how subject the best-formed and most wisely organized governments have been to lose their check and totally dissolve; how difficult it has been for mankind, in all ages and countries, to preserve their dearest rights and best privileges, impelled as it were by an irresistible fate of despotism.”
